About Us

Peter N. Rice is one of the country's most significant emerging speaker/trainers. He speaks and inspires companies on positive attitude, leadership, team building, strategic planning, and "salespersonship". He has spent the last 20 years working in sales and management, taking teams to the next level of profitability, efficiency, and productivity.

Peter's experience has ranged from FORTUNE 500 to small distribution companies. Working with this wide range of companies gives Peter's seminars the ability to adapt perspective and understand the unique requirements of a company. He has spent extensive time in the electrical and material handling industries working on both sides of the vendor and distributor market channel. This unique experience provides Peter a distinct advantage identifying the specific challenges a company faces.

Peter has a particular skill in developing marketing plans to leverage partnerships for selling and marketing through a vertical market channel. He has built and maintained key relationships with end-user clients including Wal*Mart, Lowes, CVS, Sears/Kmart, Circuit City, Reebok, and Estee Lauder, to name a few.

Peter's depth of sales and management experience has led to the development of his proprietary M.A.P. - motivate, apply and profit - concept, for which he attributes the success of every group he has managed. Utilizing his M.A.P. process, he has not only increased effectiveness within companies, but has had great success in developing programs which bring vendors and channel partners together to mutually increase profits.

Outside of work, Peter's involved with the following charities: the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Cancer Society and the Special Olympics.

Peter claims a positive attitude is his guide.
